What Should You Do If You Were at One of These Locations?
If you’ve never received a measles-containing vaccine (such as the MMR vaccine or a measles-only vaccine used in some other countries), you may be at risk of developing measles.
If you have been vaccinated but haven't been tested for antibodies to measles in decades, you may want to consider doing that because immunity can wane over time, leaving many previously vaccinated people at risk of infection. For most previously vaccinated people, symptoms will likely be less severe. However, even if less severe, they could be become carriers and contribute to transmission.
Anyone exposed and potentially at risk should contact their healthcare provider immediately.
Monitor for symptoms — such as fever, cough, runny nose, and rash — for 21 days following your potential exposure.
If symptoms develop, stay home and isolate yourself, and call ahead before visiting any medical facility.

TACT...Thought I would toss this one your way, although you may never see it.
Here is a case where an alleged VACCINATED individual came down with measles after visiting Texas. Now, there are several possibilities here of varying degrees of badness. Bears watching.

I saw something on Xitter recently regarding the 'Morocco variant' of measles. Don't know anything about this, but with the unchecked spread of measles, I wonder if we have a new variant soup of measles to look forward to? I recall a few years back that a variant of whooping cough was circulating in Brazil which was different from the vaccinal strain.

I believe the same thing has happened more recently in China.
